About Qivo

People first. Queues second.

Nobody enjoys waiting. We build tools that make it shorter, calmer and fairer — for the people in line and the people behind the counter.

Qivo started with a simple observation: most of the frustration in a queue isn’t the wait itself. It’s not knowing how long it’ll take, being stuck in one spot, and worrying about missing your turn.

So we built a queue system that fixes those things first. Customers can take a number from a kiosk, a QR code or WhatsApp, then wait wherever they like. They can see where they stand, and they get a message when it’s nearly their turn. Staff get one clear screen to call the next person, transfer or recall a ticket, and move on.

Where we are today

Qivo is a young product, and we’d rather say so upfront. The core pieces work: kiosk, WhatsApp queueing, walk-in registration, the counter console, the talking display board, the tracking page and reports. We’re now rolling it out with our first customers and improving it with every deployment.

That means you’ll be working with the people who build it. If something doesn’t fit how your branch runs, tell us and we’ll look at it properly.

How we like to work

  • We show the product running before we ask for anything.
  • We’d rather reuse the TV and PC you already have than sell you new hardware.
  • Your customers’ data belongs to you, and we only collect what the queue needs.

What we care about

How we build Qivo

Respect people's time

A good queue tells you where you stand and lets you get on with your day.

Keep it simple

If counter staff need a manual to call the next number, we have done it wrong.

Include everyone

Printed tickets, WhatsApp and walk-in registration, so nobody is left out.

Be straight with you

No inflated numbers or made-up reviews. We show you the product and let it speak.

See Qivo running on your own services

Tell us a little about your counters. We'll set up a demo branch with your services and walk you through it — no obligation.
